Course Map

Ever wanted to take your car out on a high speed NASCAR track and put those professionals to shame? Here’s your chance! SCCA presents Track Night in America. We’ll be using the full 2.25-Mile “Roval” at Charlotte Motor Speedway that NASCAR will be running for the first time in October. The roval incorporates sections of the world-famous oval and the infield road course which features a fast banked corner and elevation changes.

Charlotte Motor Speedway sits just 13 miles from Charlotte, NC and just outside the I-485 beltway, making for easy-access for those in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.

When you arrive – you will drive in the main entrance at the intersection of Bruton Smith Blvd and Highway 29. When you get on the grounds, turn left and come all the way around the back of the track to Gate 26 – sign the track waiver and come in.

Track Touring Laps: After going through the tunnel, you will go past a painted traffic circle – please park in the lot on the other side of that circle. You may walk down to the “Xfinity” Garages to check in and sign the SCCA waiver, and then socialize and hang out until it is time to go on track.

Track Night in America KONI Novice/Intermediate/Advanced Drivers: After entering the track through the tunnel, come left and go through a gate, past a Bojangles (sorry, it’s not open) and through another gate into the “Xfinity” garage area. There is no sign, but that’s the name… Garages are open to use, but on a first-come first serve. Please leave the area forward of the “GRID” sign open for, well… grid.

Check in will be in garage #1.

Advanced, Intermediate and Novice groups: $175
Track Touring Laps and Spectating: $0
